The Black Blueprint:
One Goal, Many Paths
Youth Re-entry & Restoration
Last Updated: March 9, 2026
Our Mission
The Black Blueprint is the Dion Black Foundation’s premier initiative dedicated to youth restoration and career empowerment in Henry County. We believe that by providing high-level IT education and the right technology, we can redirect a young person’s future—no matter what crossroads they are facing.
Whether a student is looking for a way up, or a first-time offender is looking for a way out, we provide the tools to build a professional legacy.
Who We Support (Ages 10–24)
Our program is designed for the diverse needs of Henry County’s youth, including:
Students & Visionaries: Young scholars looking to break into the tech industry but lacking the hardware or resources to start.
First-Time Offenders: Good people who made a mistake and need a productive, high-value alternative to the legal system.
At-Risk Youth: Individuals in need of a powerful "distraction"—replacing street influences with coding, hardware, and IT certifications.
Re-entry Candidates: Youth returning from juvenile facilities who need a structured "blueprint" for their new life.
The "Blueprint" Strategy
Direct Intervention: We "look out" for our youth by providing an immediate, constructive focus.
Digital Equity: We supply the computers and tablets necessary to compete in a digital world.
Career-First Education: We prioritize training in IT-related fields, turning "distractions" into high-paying career paths.
Community Restoration: By keeping our youth focused and off the streets, we strengthen the entire fabric of Henry County.
Founder’s Note
"The Black Blueprint is about more than just technology. It’s about looking out for our own. We catch the kids who are drifting, support the students who are climbing, and give a second chance to the good people who made a bad turn. We give them a program, an education, and a reason to stay focused." — Dion Black
