When I started the Dion Black Foundation, it began with a simple observation: a laptop can change a life. But as we grew, I realized that hardware is only one piece of the puzzle. To truly transform a community, you have to provide a complete ecosystem—the tools, the connection, and the specialized path to a high-value career.

Today, the Dion Black Foundation has evolved into a powerhouse of restoration and professional excellence. Our Black Blueprint initiative is the heart of what we do, reaching back to pull our youth forward and providing a second chance through mentorship and re-entry support.

But we aren't stopping at restoration. We are aiming for the skies—literally. Through our partnership with Lookup Flight Academy, we are breaking the financial barriers of aviation to put our scholars in the cockpit. Through our IT and Finance Academies, we are preparing our participants for the boardrooms and tech hubs of the future. And with Starlink, we are ensuring that no matter where you are, you are connected to the global economy.

My mission is simple: I want to ensure that every individual who walks through our doors leaves with more than just a device. I want them to leave with a career, a connection, and a future without limits.
